As a Data Processor:

As a Data Processor:
- Supply: 6 years from the calendar year of the transaction or as required by the provider.
- Monitor: As required by legislation or 6 years from the calendar year of the transaction.
- Repair: 6 years from the calendar year of the transaction.
When Engaging Directly:
- Supply: Duration of contract plus six years.
- Monitor: 6 years from the calendar year of the event.
- Repair: 6 years from the calendar year of the transaction.
